Assistant Trading Manager, HOKA

The Role

As the Assistant Trading Manager for HOKA and TEVA brands, you’ll be a key player in driving our onsite trading and merchandising strategy across EMEA. You’ll work closely with the Trading Manager to execute the strategic vision, own elements of the trading plan at category or market level, and ensure our commercial offering is always at the forefront. Your work will directly impact the customer experience, brand performance, and the achievement of quarterly targets. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless product launches, optimize site performance, and champion localization and personalization in a customer‑centric environment.

Your Impact
  • Support the Trading Manager in planning and executing the seasonal trade calendar, overseeing campaigns, product and category launches, and reporting
  • Develop and implement commercial and promotional trading calendars in line with brand strategy, collaborating with product, planning, customer service, logistics, marketing, and content teams
  • Own the visitor‑to‑basket conversion funnel, optimizing every step to maximize conversion rates
  • Oversee online site merchandising strategy, ensuring alignment between brand marketing, digital marketing, and planning
  • Monitor stock challenges and opportunities, spot trends, and develop actionable reports and testing plans
  • Gather insights on the trading customer journey at a local level and recommend improvements to enhance product and category performance
  • Design and support site enhancement roadmaps, leveraging analytics, testing, and third‑party technology
  • Manage Salesforce/Demandware platform for EMEA PLG Full Price and outlet websites, ensuring high‑quality trading and merchandising
  • Oversee online trading calendar, asset management, and product categorization
  • Implement merchandise reporting and improve trading KPIs for HOKA and TEVA sites
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure accurate and localized product information
  • Develop and communicate fluid promotional plans, integrating online marketing and CRM activities
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly trading reporting at total and local levels

We would Love to Hear from People with:
  • Experienced eCommerce trading and merchandising at a senior level, preferably for a commercially driven brand or retailer
  • Proven track record in running multiple product campaigns across brands and languages
  • Strong experience with analytics, onsite testing, and third‑party tools; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Salesforce/Demandware or similar e‑commerce platforms
  • Additional languages (French, German, Dutch) beneficial
  • Willingness to travel both in the UK and internationally, sometimes at short notice
