About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver targeted interventions and mentoring for pupils with SEN
  • Support teaching and learning through small group and one-to-one sessions
  • Assist in planning and delivering differentiated lessons
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff
  • Monitor pupil progress and contribute to reports and reviews
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent mentoring/SEN experience
  • Experience working with children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Resilience, patience, and a commitment to inclusive education
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
