A special needs school in Witham is looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant! The school focuses on supporting children with Moderate, Severe and Complex needs.

Responsibilities
  • Work 5 days a week within the school provision, supporting students with MLD and SLD in small groups or 1:1 to improve engagement, interaction and attainment.
  • Learn and develop your LSA skills.
  • Collaborate closely with parents to ensure continuity of support between school and home.
  • Maintain a friendly, positive approach to teaching and learning, quickly building strong relationships and rapport with individual children.

This is a full‑time, temp‑to‑permanent opportunity (8:30am – 3:30pm). Experience supporting children or adults with special needs is required.

Additional Information

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. The advert is for a temporary position, and the option to make the role permanent may become available later.
