✨ HLTA - Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Location: Royton, Oldham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Pay Rate: From £120 per day
Contract: January 2026, Ongoing - Long Term position

About the role

Are you an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) ready to inspire young learners and support a vibrant school community? We're looking for a passionate, proactive individual to join a fantastic school in Royton!

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supporting teaching and learning across the school
  • Leading small groups and delivering pre-planned lessons
  • Working closely with teachers to raise attainment
  • Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • HLTA qualification or strong experience in a similar role
  • Confidence leading lessons and supporting learners of all abilities
  • A warm, engaging personality and a real passion for education
  • A calm, nurturing, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning and development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
