Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a Hire Coordinator in Burton Latimer to manage the day-to-day administration of the hire department and support both hire and sales functions.

You will handle short-term hire bookings, coordinate deliveries, and liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate records and responsive service. Strong IT and customer-facing skills are essential, with opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration of the hire department and meet customer expectations.
• Process short-term hire bookings: scheduling, contacting customers, arranging transport, quotes, invoices.
• Support sales administration with documentation, purchase orders and equipment records.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and ensure documentation and invoices are completed accurately.
• Liaise with third-party finance providers on sale and buy-back agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date hire and sales records and identify cross-hire opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve queries promptly.
