Job summary

Bennie Group is seeking a proactive Hire Coordinator to join Bennie Equipment/Bennie Plant in Burton Latimer. You will support short-term hire and sales administration, scheduling, invoicing, and coordinating transport while building strong customer relationships.

You will work with service and sales teams, use Microsoft 365 and Protean CRM, and help drive hire and sales KPIs in a close-knit family business with a long-standing tradition of staff perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in hire industry is advantageous.
• Strong administration and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, both telephone and face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day short-term hire and sales administration.
• Schedule, contact customers, book transport, raise quotes and invoices.
• Process sales packs, raise POs, enter data in the system and manage equipment bookings.
• Ensure accuracy of hire and sales administration and meet KPIs.
• Liaise with suppliers, service and sales teams; uphold CRM processes.
