Job summary

Speedy Hire Plc in Ossett is seeking a Hire Controller to manage the end-to-end hire process from order to delivery and collection. You will liaise with depot teams, stock, drivers and engineers to ensure customer needs are met and service levels remain high.

The role is desk-based, requires strong organisational and communication skills, and a valid driving licence. Experience in hire or similar sales/operational roles is preferred, with a focus on reliable, proactive support for the ESG

Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end hire process from order to delivery and collection.
Work from the depot and liaise with stock, drivers and engineers to meet customer needs.
Maintain regular contact with other departments to minimise delays.
Provide frontline sales and customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
