Job summary

Speedy Hire Plc is seeking a Hire Controller in Liverpool to manage the hire process from order through delivery and collection. The role sits at the front line of sales and customer service, requiring close liaison with the depot and multiple teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will work a desk-based schedule, 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and build relationships across stock, drivers and engineers to minimise delays and deliver equipment on time.

• Previous experience working within the hire industry or similar sales or operational role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire hire process from order to delivery and collection.
• Liaise with all parts of the depot to meet customer needs and service satisfaction.
• Work desk-based and collaborate with other departments daily.
• Liaise with stock teams, drivers and engineers to minimise delays.
