Job summary

Speedy Hire Plc in Doncaster is seeking a Hire Controller to manage the end-to-end hire process and deliver excellent customer service. The role is based in the depot, working 42 hours per week with a Monday to Friday schedule.

You will coordinate orders to delivery and collection, liaise with stock, drivers and engineers to ensure equipment is available and customers are satisfied. A driving license and prior hire industry experience are preferred.

• Coordinate the entire hire process from order to delivery and collection.
• Liaise with depot teams to meet customer needs and service standards.
• Work desk-based with stock, drivers and engineers to minimise delays.
