Speedy Hire in Ossett is seeking a Hire Controller to manage the end-to-end hire process from order to delivery and collection, ensuring excellent customer service and accurate paperwork.

Based in the depot, you will coordinate with stock teams, drivers and engineers, build strong customer relationships, and strive to minimise delays while keeping control of costs and quality. The role offers a structured progression path and a wide benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Adaptable and quick to learn.
• Driving license required.
• Previous experience in hire industry or similar sales or operational role.
• Ability to support ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.

Responsibilities
