Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Hire Controller to deliver top-notch service and build lasting customer relationships. You will manage orders from initial enquiry to post-hire feedback, using product knowledge to upsell and enhance the customer experience.

The role demands proactive communication by phone, email and website activity, with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced, operation-focused environment. Training and development are supported.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role with order handling and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in a hire or construction environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to develop product knowledge and use it to upsell and advise customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service while using product knowledge to maximise upselling.
• Manage an order from enquiry to post-hire feedback and own the customer journey.
• Communicate with customers via telephone, email and website requests; build relationships.
