Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Hire Controller to help customers by phone, email and website, delivering a best-in-class service. You’ll manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, building relationships with regular customers and identifying upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role handling inbound order and sales enquiries.
• Experience in the hire or construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong product knowledge development and willingness to upsell where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and website requests and manage orders.
• Own the customer journey from enquiry through post-hire feedback and upsell where appropriate.
• Build and maintain relationships with regular customers in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
• Work with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and high service levels.
