Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Hire Controller to join our Customer Service team. You’ll manage the end-to-end customer journey, handling inquiries by phone, email, and web requests while delivering best-in-class service and identifying upselling opportunities.

This role emphasizes relationship building with regular customers in a fast-paced, operational environment, where initiative, accuracy and strong IT literacy are prized.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role with inbound enquiries.
• Ability to upsell and build customer relationships.
• Experience in hire or construction industry advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, and website requests.
• Manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback.
