Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role, handling inbound orders and sales enquiries.
• Experience in hire or construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to upsell and influence customers.

• Manage customer orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback.
• Build and maintain relationships with regular customers.
