Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Hire Controller to deliver best-in-class service, managing customer interactions by phone, email, and website requests, and owning the customer journey from enquiry to post-hire feedback.

You will use product knowledge to maximise upselling, build strong relationships with customers, and work in a fast-paced, hands-on operations team within the UK's largest equipment rental provider. We offer a rewarding benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role.
• Experience in hire or construction industry advantageous.
• Developing and applying product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competent with MS Office and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound orders and sales enquiries, ensuring accurate transactions.
• Own the customer journey from enquiry to post-hire feedback.
• Utilise product knowledge to maximise upselling opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers and respond to requests.
