Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Customer Service Advisor Hire Controller in Fareham. You will manage customer interactions by phone, email, and website requests, owning the journey from enquiry to post-hire feedback and maximizing upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role.
• Experience in the hire or construction industry would be advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in developing and utilizing product knowledge, eager to understand our product range and the wider Sunbelt business.
• Exceptional communication skills including negotiating and influencing. Build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Comfortable using your own judgment and initiative to make decisions in line with policies and pricing structures.
• Effective team member with a collaborative approach.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced operational environment with multiple tasks, deadlines and targets.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone, email, and website requests to deliver a best-in-class service.
• Manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback and own the customer journey.
• Identify upselling opportunities to maximise value and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with regular customers.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all communications and processes.
