Qualifications

• Previous experience in utilities, civil engineering, highways, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of service avoidance and health & safety requirements.
• Good communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Carry out utility surveys across designated sites.
• Advise on safe excavation techniques and service avoidance measures.
• Support in tracing and managing utility assets.
• Liaise with contractors and local authorities.
• Keep detailed records of utility data.
• Contribute to risk assessments for utility works.
