A leading street lighting company in England is seeking a Highways Lighting Operative to manage and repair highway lighting systems. The role involves ensuring efficient equipment functioning while complying with health and safety regulations. Candidates should have experience in the electrical/construction industry, strong problem-solving skills, and a full UK driving licence. Base Location: Unit 8, Spring Copse Business Park, Slinfold, West Sussex, RH13 0SZ
Salary: From £24,336 - £27,011 + Time Incentive Management (TIM) Bonus Scheme + overtime available, and a range of other benefits to support your family, finances, and wellbeing.

Could you be our next Highways Lighting Operative to join the team and drive this success forwards?
As a Highways Lighting Operative, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of highway lighting systems such as streetlights, traffic signs and other street furniture. Your primary goal will be to fix any faulty equipment quickly to ensure the safe and efficient functioning of lighting infrastructure to enhance visibility and road safety for drivers and pedestrians.
