High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Lead, Inspire, and Elevate

Salary: £105-£120 per day | Term-time only | Full-time

Location: Southwark, South London - 5 mins from London Bridge (SE1)

Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering small-group and whole-class learning with confidence
• Leading dynamic interventions in literacy and numeracy
• Acting as a pillar of consistency and academic drive in Year 3
• Supporting behaviour management with calm, authority and empathy
• Taking initiative in planning and delivering high-impact support sessions
• Tracking progress and collaborating with the class teacher and SLT

• Degree-qualified or HLTA-certified with proven classroom leadership
• KS2 experience essential - Year 3 a major advantage
