We are seeking a committed and knowledgeable Higher Construction Trainer to support the development of apprentices working towards Level 4 6 qualifications in construction, civil engineering, and related fields. This is a key role in ensuring apprentices are on the right pathway, supported throughout their learning journey, and fully prepared for their final assessments.
This is not a classroom teaching role, but you will work closely with apprentices, employers, and lecturers to monitor progress, provide feedback, and facilitate structured reviews. You will play a central role in aligning workplace training with apprenticeship standards and ensuring apprentices meet all requirements for successful completion.
