Here is how the programme works

Whilst on the Apprenticeship you will be following an apprenticeship standard ST0841 Engineering Manufacturing Technician

Whilst working towards a formal qualification you will also work as part of a team on real live projects within the workplace.

Essential Skills and Attributes

We are seeking innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following;

  • You will have achieved or be on track to achieve at least 5 GCSE's grade 4 or above including Science and English language
  • You will have achieved or be on track to achieve GCSE Maths at grade 5 or above
  • You will have achieved or be on track to achieve a Level 3 Engineering Qualification.
  • Alternatively, candidates must have achieved or be on track to achieve 3x A-Levels in suitable subjects (such as maths & physics).
  • Logical thinking, willing to self‑learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
  • Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions
