As an experienced communications professional, reporting to one of the HPS Careers Hub Programme Managers, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for reimagining a successful local inclusive talent management programme and scaling it up to a national offer, which you will help deliver. The role involves working with national and regional stakeholders to support the delivery of the programme to required standards and timescales. You will lead communication projects to produce high quality and consistent communications, support the delivery of the HPS programme, and implement proactive communication strategies. You will participate in social marketing using a variety of techniques and apply specialist communications knowledge to determine the most effective interventions.
Main duties include managing communications, stakeholder engagement campaigns, and social media accounts to support key HPS programme priorities. This includes creating and maintaining robust communications plans, managing the HPS branding, producing promotional materials, news stories/newsletters for internal and external communications, and creating/updating the HPS website and intranet pages.
