A pan-London organization is seeking a Senior Clinical Role to support therapeutic services for women and girls who have experienced violence. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality, trauma-informed support and contribute to safeguarding. This is a senior clinical role at Women and Girls Network (WGN), supporting the delivery and development of our Clinical Services. The postholder will ensure high‑quality, survivor‑centred, trauma‑informed and culturally responsive therapeutic support for women and girls who have experienced violence. Integrated within WGN’s Safeguarding Hub, the role focuses on supporting survivors with complex and high‑risk needs, including those experiencing suicidality and self‑injurious behaviour. The postholder will provide high‑intensity clinical interventions, contribute to crisis triage and safeguarding, and support safe, integrated pathways of care across the organisation.
