HGV Drainage Engineer - NIGHTS MONDAY -FRIDAY

Location: Wakefield

Pay: £19.25 per hour + overtime opportunities

Hours: Monday to Friday, 47.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

Vector Recruitment Solutions are working with a leading drainage specialist to hire HGV Class 2 Drainage Engineers to join their expanding team.

The Role

• Drive and operate Tankers, Combi Units and/or Recyclers.
• Work across commercial, rail and water board clients carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Carry out tankering, jetting, interceptor cleaning, wet well cleaning, and confined space work.

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence and CPC (HGV Class 1 desirable).
• Proven experience driving and operating drainage tankers and/or combi units.
• Physically fit and willing to carry out hands‑on drainage work.
• Additional skills desirable: Streetworks, HPWJ (High-Pressure Water Jetting), Confined Space.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekend shifts (highly desirable).

Hours and Pay

Monday to Friday, 6PM-4AM

Overtime and weekend work available
