HGV Class 1 Driver – Join Our Team!

Location: Burton-on-Trent DE14. Pay Rate: £14.95 per hour (first 48 hours), £22.43 per hour (overtime). Type of Job: Temporary (Temp to Perm Opportunity).

Our client based in Burton-on-Trent is currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their busy operation. Your daily work will include trunking to RDCs around the country with minimal handball!

There are opportunities for this position to become temp-to-perm, with the potential for ongoing work and guaranteed weekly hours.

Your Time at Work

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products to regional distribution centres and maintaining a professional, customer-facing appearance.

Shifts

• Monday to Friday
• Start times: Between 12:00 and 14:00

Our Perfect Worker

• Minimum 6-12 months' HGV Class 1 driving experience
• No more than 3 penalty points on your driving licence
• Physically fit to manage deliveries (including lifting)
• A clean and professional appearance for customer‑facing work
