• Working towards membership of the IHBC, RTPI or equivalent professional body.
• Comprehensive knowledge of planning and built heritage enforcement legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective enforcement and conservation service.
• Investigate breaches of planning control specializing in built heritage.
• Support the Development Management Service.
