  • Proven experience delivering conservation projects from inspection to completion.
  • 5+ years' experience in heritage and conservation.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake condition surveys and fabric inspections of historic buildings.
  • Lead projects from initial inspection to completion, acting as contract administrator.
  • Manage conservation repair works, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Advise on traditional materials and repair techniques.
