• Knowledge of historic buildings and civil engineering support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support surveying, maintenance, and refurbishment of buildings.
• Deliver condition surveys and oversee refurbishment programmes.
• Manage maintenance works while protecting park heritage integrity.

Skills

Experience in building surveying and inspections

Experience of planning and listed building practise

Knowledge of Building Regulations

Knowledge of Building Pathology

Procurement tendering and contract management skills

Ability to prepare tender documents

RICS/CIOB/APM/AFM qualification or pending
