Qualifications

• Experience in building surveying and inspections.

• Understanding of listed building practice and roles of Historic England.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support surveying, maintenance, and refurbishment of buildings.
• Deliver condition surveys and oversee refurbishment programmes.
• Advise on defects and prepare technical reports.
