Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a professional individual to manage a help desk for reactive maintenance jobs. The role requires helpdesk or customer service experience, along with excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities include liaising with engineers, monitoring job progress, and ensuring key performance indicators are met. The working environment is fast-paced, requiring a confident and logical approach. Working hours are from 08:30 to 17:30.

Qualifications

  • Must have helpdesk, customer service or call handling experience.
  • Confident, calm, logical approach, organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate and possess an excellent telephone manner.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming reactive maintenance help desk jobs.
  • Raise, allocate, review and sign off jobs.
  • Liaise with engineers and input data on to the system.
  • Monitor progress of reactive and PPM jobs.
  • Ensure KPIs are maintained at 95% or higher.
  • Chase subcontractors for completion paperwork.

  • Input data on to the system
  • Monitor the system and progress both reactive and PPM jobs
  • Ensure KPI’s are maintained at 95% or higher
  • Cost jobs on the system
  • Chase subcontractors for completion paperwork and file as directed
