Qualifications

• Proven senior management experience within PRS or aviation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager in Aviation.
• Must hold a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PRS shared services function ensuring staffing adequacy.
• Manage P&L accountability for shared service costs.
• Oversee HR management and compliance with policies.
