Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance and repair of chillers and heat pumps.
• Ability to work independently and undertake national travel.
• Experience with Tridium Niagara or similar controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned maintenance and reactive repairs for chillers.
• Submit maintenance, FGAS, and service reports daily.
• Perform water to water chiller maintenance.

Your role will be predominantly lone working, travelling nationally to serve our clients.

A typical day will involve planned maintenance activities, and reactive repairs covering a varied range of plant room equipment. A general list as follows:

• Maintenance and/or repair packaged ground source heat pumps. Majority R410a
• Water to water chillers
• Tridium Niagara controls checks (Specific training will be provided on this, if not already a self-starter)
• Identification of future works to ensure smooth plant operation, and full utilisation of installed plant
• Circulation pump checks
• Strainer checks
• Water quality analysis (Specific training will be provided on this, if not already a self-starter)
• Submittal of maintenance reports daily
• Submittal of FGAS reports daily
• Submittal of service reports daily
