Aspire People are currently recruiting healthcare teaching assistants to work in a special needs school located in Scunthorpe. This particular school is looking for a teaching assistant that has experience working in the care sector, who is interested in utilising their skills within education. The school caters to students in KS1 and KS2.

Recruitment is for a rolling contract starting immediately, with the option to become permanent. The pay rate is up to £107 per day.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone from an education background or those who have worked within Healthcare/Support Work.

The Role
  • Monday to Friday — 8:30am to 3:30pm
  • Long‑term contract with the option of extending or working occasionally
  • Working one‑to‑one with students
  • Collaborating with a number of assistants and the class teacher

  • Support from a senior leadership team
