What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through full project life cycle
• Direct design and documentation for complex healthcare projects
• Oversee construction documents and specifications using Revit
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and sustainability goals
• Present design concepts and updates to stakeholders
• Mentor junior architects within the healthcare practice

• Licensed architect in Alabama or NCARB-complete with ability to register
• Proven leadership in healthcare project design and delivery
• Expertise in Revit and related tools at an advanced level
• Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide as needed
