Responsibilities

• Facilitate and monitor progress of programmes of work.
• Provide practical support to clinical teams for service improvement.
• Ensure alignment of goals with the senior clinical team.
• Collaborate with ICT and Supplier Deployment Teams.
• Deliver paperless implementations for complex information requirements.
• Improve patient safety, quality, and experience.
• Perform line manager duties in the Digital Practitioners team.
