A leading healthcare provider in the UK is looking for a motivated Band 3 Health Care Assistant to join their team. The role involves assisting nursing staff, providing high standards of patient care, and supporting junior team members. Key responsibilities include participation in patient care, meal preparation, and maintaining patient hygiene and dignity. Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure. A full-time position is available in a supportive environment.
Surgical Assessment is looking for Band 3 health care assistant to join our team.
The successful applicant should be highly motivated with good interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure and work well within the team. They should have a keen desire to provide and maintain a high standard of care at all times.
Under the supervision of a registered nurse, assisting the Ward/Department team in providing the highest possible standard of care for patients and their families/carer.
The post holder will take undertake a range of tasks and duties as delegated by a registered nurse.
As a Band 3 HCA, you will be responsible for providing high standards of care. Your role will involve assisting the nursing staff with some clinical duties. Training will be arranged for you to achieve these skills. Being a Band 3 HCA also means you will lead by example and supervise and support junior members of staff to improve and maintain high standards of care.
