A Healthcare Assistant role on the remote Isle of Alderney, the only hospital facility for the island’s 2,300 residents. Rotating across general inpatients and elderly care, you will be integral to island life.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in all hospital areas, including general admission and elderly wards.
• Adapt to shift rotations and support colleagues across the facility.
• Maintain patient records, medication safety and support senior staff teams.
