• Monitor the physical and emotional well-being of clients, promptly reporting any changes to senior colleagues
• Foster positive morale among clients through effective communication and engagement
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation to ensure high-quality care
• Advocate for clients by promoting choice and enabling feedback on care processes
• Contribute to enhancing client experiences and support junior and new staff development
• Ensure service users’ views and experiences shape service provision and delivery
