A leading healthcare provider in England is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant. You will support registered nurses with patient care while developing your clinical skills in a diverse environment. The ideal candidate will have NVQ level 2/3 in Health and Social Care and excellent communication skills. A full-time position offers an annual salary of up to £28,690, with a 3-week rolling rota and various benefits.
Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
As a Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will vary. You will support the registered nurse in implementing an agreed plan of care in association with the patient and in accordance with instructions and training received whilst promoting safe patient care. You will also be willing to develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.
Although not essential, ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment. Secure environments are one of the most challenging, yet rewarding places for healthcare professionals to work.

Hours: The site currently offers a 3 week rolling rota, 1 in 3 weekends. This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £28,690 per annum - depending on experience.
