Job summary

A dedicated care facility is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to deliver person-centred care and support to residents. The successful applicant will assist with personal care, nutrition, and daily routines while ensuring comfort and safety. This role requires completion of NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, good English skills, and basic IT literacy. The role plays a key part in maintaining the comfort, safety, and dignity of residents, while working collaboratively with the wider care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily routines.
• Follow care plans, document changes, and support medication if trained.
• Promote independence, communicate clearly, work as a team, and uphold health, safety, hygiene standards.

Skills and Qualifications
