Qualifications

Daily Duties
  • Lead and develop design work on healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
  • Produce, manage and coordinate Revit/BIM models with a focus on accuracy and collaboration
  • Work closely with healthcare planners, consultants and client stakeholders to develop well-considered design solutions
  • Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings and client presentations
  • Undertake site inspections, monitor progress and assist with quality assurance
  • Mentor junior team members and support the development of studio BIM standards
  • Contribute to bid writing, proposals and wider business development activities
Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with relevant professional accreditation (or working towards it)
  • Strong Revit and BIM capability with experience coordinating complex projects
  • Proven experience in healthcare architecture with understanding of HTM/HBN standards
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical information and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and client-facing skills
  • Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Collaborative, positive and committed to continuous improvement and design quality
