Responsibilities

  • Manage the Hospital Manager’s diary and arrange on-site meetings.
  • Oversee aspects of the administration budget.
  • Line-manage administration staff and manage personnel aspects.
  • Maintain and audit personnel/recruitment filing and database systems.
  • Monitor staff performance according to annual review procedures.
