Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of practitioners.
  • Allocate caseloads and manage a small number of complex cases.
  • Ensure interventions meet quality, audit, and inspection standards.
  • Drive performance against KPIs and contractual targets.
  • Oversee rotas, resources, and daily service delivery.
  • Support accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Deputise for the Service Manager when needed.
  • Build relationships with commissioners, partners, and stakeholders.
