Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the adult / elderly health & social care sector.
• Experience in educational settings and holds an Assessor qualification.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly visits to support and motivate learners.
• Deliver effective teaching and learning sessions.
• Ensure timely submission and assessment of learner evidence.

Skills

Current vocational experience in health & social care

Strong communication skills

Excellent IT Skills

Good English and maths skills

Education

Health and social care qualification at Level 3 or Level 5

Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above
