A leading facilities management company is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to lead H&S across 3,500+ colleagues nationwide. Responsibilities include setting H&S standards, conducting audits, and guiding operational teams. The ideal candidate will hold a NEBOSH General Certificate and have a proven track record in multi-site H&S management. This position offers a salary of £50,000 - £55,000, a company car or allowance, and various employee benefits.
Health and Safety Manager (National, field-based)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 dependant on qualifications/experience + company car / car allowance
Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hrs, Monday-Friday)
Location: Field-based with travel across the UK (ideally Midlands-centred) - head office in Walton-on-the-Hill, Surrey
TC Facilities Management (TCFM) is looking for an experienced Health and Safety professional to lead our H&S agenda across 3,500+ colleagues and 1,500 sites nationwide. Reporting to the Group QHSE Manager, you'll shape policy, guide operational teams, and own ISO 45001 compliance - all while driving a positive safety culture.
