Overview

Are you an experienced H&S/EHS/SHE Manager with over 5 years operating at management level? Ideal candidates will have food and drink manufacturing experience; FMCG can be considered. This is a site-based role with a multi-site employer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure standards, food safety, and quality are adhered to and that the site complies with statutory requirements.
• Advise and work with the site management team to promote H&S across the site.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to health, safety, and environmental management.
• Lead on continual improvement initiatives, focusing on people development and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Management experience with a hands-on approach to people development and process improvement.
• NEBOSH qualification.
• Understanding of ISO-14001.
