Location: Swallows Leisure Centre

Working Hours/Pattern: Permanent, 34.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday)

Salary: Up to £21,964 per annum + Personal Training rates + Excellent Benefits

Position Overview

The Health and Fitness Coach will inspire members to achieve their goals, deliver group fitness and small group training sessions, and have the opportunity to provide personal training. You will coach members on effective Health & Fitness programmes, advise on the safe use of equipment, create a community-oriented environment, deliver excellent customer service, and assist other staff when required.

Responsibilities

• Create community-oriented environment and build clubs within clubs
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist other staff as needed

Qualifications

• Level 2 fitness instructor qualification (mandatory)
• Actively working towards Level 3 qualification
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• Basic interest or background in the leisure industry (beneficial)
