Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance.
  • Monitor and record residents\' health and behavior changes and report to the nursing staff.
  • Engage residents in activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the care environment.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Respect the dignity and privacy of each resident at all times.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a care home setting.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

  • Basic IT skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
