A leading health organization in Wales is looking for Healthcare Assistants to join their Mental Health Team. In this role, you'll provide day-to-day care for elderly and vulnerable individuals experiencing mental health challenges, helping them maintain good wellbeing and independence. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality holistic care. A commitment to helping others and the ability to work with those with mental health issues is essential. Welsh language skills are a plus.
To provide day to day care for service users under supervision of a Clinician which adheres to best practice, standards and guidelines, and contributes towards the service users care and treatment. Work in partnership with service users, other members of the MDT staff as appropriate, to achieve the optimum health outcome for clients. To be part of the MDT in providing a high and consistent level of holistic care, maintaining the dignity and equality of the individual. This includes direct care.
