Health Care and Early Years Lecturer

We are seeking a dedicated Health Care and Early Years Lecturer to join our team. This role involves delivering inclusive, responsive, and innovative teaching and learning across Level 1 to Level 5 programmes within the Health Care and Early Years department. The ideal candidate will strive for excellence in teaching to ensure all learners succeed in their chosen programmes.

Day-to-day of the role
  • Deliver high‑quality, engaging lectures and course content across various levels from Level 1 to Level 5.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance the learning experience and outcomes for all students.
  • Regularly assess and review student work to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to aid their learning and development.
  • Participate in curriculum development activities to ensure courses are current and industry‑relevant.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings to share best practices and insights.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the college’s strategic goals, including the integration of digital skills, personal and professional development, and the expansion of higher‑level provision.
